The famous museum established in 1870, the museum houses the statue of Elvis which is a must see. The museum is so vast that it might take a person 2 hours to cherish the entire art gallery stuff. The architecture of the building itself is so magnificent.

r-12x oil sensor problem?

I just bought a used 2006 r-12x with 52 hours on it. Guy said he had 2 rides on the oil change and it was good to go. Took it out and it ran fine in the lake for about 30 minutes but when i got back into the river to smoother water i had problems.

I was able to go wide open (about 60mph) in the river and at top speed a loud beeping sound comes on and the oil light starts flashing. i double checked the oil and it was fine.

I started it back up and it ran fine around 40mph but as soon as i started going wide open again it did the same thing. Has anyone had this problem? what should I do?

1995 Waveblaster-newbie-help!!!

]Folks,
Came across a 1995 yamaha waveblaster that was submerged in Hurricane Sandy. Dont fully know damage yet but at very least carb rebuild. (I put marvel mystery in cylinders and carb.)

Question-Never owned one and have no idea how to try and at least start it up to see if it even cranks. Dont see an ignition key just a start button. Can I assume just put regular gas in fuel tank and 2 cycle oil in oil tank and hit start button? Is there a specific start procedure?
Where can I get a cheap battery to try to start? I had an old Kawasaki jet ski that I had to run water through it before starting---Does waveblaster have a hose hook up? (didnt see one) Any other suggestioins are greatly appreciated!!! Thanks!!

2001 Seadoo Rx HELP PLEASE!

I just bought a 2001 Seadoo Rx from a guy last week. The ski had been sitting in his garage for the past year or two. I took it out to the lake, put gas and redline 2 stroke racing oil into it (same kind as he already had in it), put it in the water and it fired up no problem. Let it warm up for a bit and started taking it out into the open water. It had no power what so ever, I had the throttle held wide open for about 3 minutes only going about 20mph. All of a sudden the true power finally kicked. I'm guessing the old gas finally cleared out of the lines and carbs. I was doing a steady 60mph after that and it had consistent power. My only problem was when I tried to cruise at low speeds. 5-10mph it kept bogging down to idle then coming back up. It even died a couple of times while trying to cruise through the low speed zones at the lake. But if I go half or full throttle it runs perfect without hesitation. Also when the ski is out of the water hooked up to the water hose it idles at 3300-3400rpms. Is that too high? All help would be very much appreciated!

In some models, the hard drive can be installed, even without opening the laptop. This is, perhaps, when the computer has a special compartment. In this case, replace the hard disk is reduced to pushing the eject button of the old hard drive and install a new one. The entire operation can last for about one minute.

How's it going guys ? I'm new to the jet ski world . I came across a deal . 700 cash for two Kawasaki stand up jet skis with a trailer . One has a gin number calling for a js440 and the other is a js550. The js440 has a js650 swapped in with what I found out was a ep7500 head from west coast as well as a full exhaust from wear coast . It has a black jack carb, port and polished intake and exhaust Ports ,and after pulling the head off due to low compression I found what smells like race fuel and there is no carbon build up . I was told it also has a snorkel ??? Like I said I'm new to.this so be gentle . The js 550 has a superjet intake on it that says 550 . I have not looked at the engine number but the deal also came with a great trailer with new tires . So is this a good deal ? I'm going to respondents pistons ,rings ,and gaskets and I also read to replace the o ring on the ep7500 head . Any suggestions for reasonably prices vendors ? are these good set UPS ? I also got 6 extra props all after market in the boxes and some msd ignition . I picked up a 91 Yamaha sea doo for 100 $ it has a Rolax engine ?? It's a cruiser for the women of the family . Well that's my piece . Thanks !!

Can I transport my pwc on my 14ft flatbed trailer.

New to PWC and new to the forum. I just bought a Yamaha 2007 vx cruiser. I need to transport it about a 7 hour drive. Once I get it to the lake it will stay on a lift so I will not need the trailer anymore. Has anyone built any slats for a ski and transported like this or is it dangerous to my pwc hull? I don't really want to purchase a trailer for a one time ride and I own a 14ft trailer already. Any help or advice would be appreciated. Even if I need to buy a trailer for this one ride.

Docking options for PWC

$

My extended family and I have a couple rental homes on various lakes and bays in the area. I would like to get a PWC to use while staying at these places over the summer and for my own use as home. I'm relatively close to river and can enjoy it there.

My question is how to dock the PWC while at the vacation home. One has a dock for pontoon or speed boat but no ramps for PWC. There is no beach area available. Just a rocky shoreline with the dock going out to water about 6-7 feet deep at the end of the dock. The other homes are pretty much the same configuration. It seems like a portable ramp would be best but I have also seen people use a fishing pole like contraption that attaches to the dock and attaches to the bow and stern holding it away from the dock.

How does one dock a PWC in a situation like this? I don't want to load and unload the trailer daily but just leave the PWC docked during my stay there. My search of the web hasn't turned up much but maybe I'm not looking for the right solution.

Any ideas?

TIA,
Scott
